Lasan  Restaurant, Birmingham - The F Words best local restaurant   

AGA would like to congratulate its good friend Aktar Islam – from Birmingham’s award-winning Lasan restaurant – on  winning the  final of Gordon Ramsay’s F Word on Channel 4.

Aktar worked with AGA last year on a cookery event at The Mailbox in Birmingham.

On AGA cooking, Aktar has said: “I like the Aga’s efficiency and for dishes that require longer cooking time it’s ideal. I like using the Aga for Dum-style cooking, which was developed by the Moguls.”
