Honey Roasted Roots

Serves 4

3 carrots, peeled and cut into quarters
3 parsnips, peeled and cut into quarters
8 shallots, peeled
A good squeeze runny honey


Here’s how to make it......

Place all the vegetables on an AGA hard-anodised baking tray lined with Bake-O-Glide and squeeze over the honey. Cook on the floor of the roasting oven for 45 minutes, turning once.
