Rosemary and Thyme Roast Potatoes

Serves 4
8 Maris Piper or Desirée potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
Here’s how to make it......
Coat the potatoes in olive oil and herbs and place on an AGA hard-anodised roasting tray lined with AGA Bake-O-Glide.
Place on the floor of the roasting oven for 45 minutes until cooked.
James says... “Roast potatoes can also be made beforehand by boiling the potatoes until they are three-quarters cooked, then roasting until they show colour in a little fat on a tray on the floor of the roasting oven. Keep in the fridge and re-roast on the floor of the roasting oven for 20 minutes.”
